Please read carefully before booking. By placing a booking you agree to the policies below, including deposits, late arrivals and cancellations.

Studio Policy

These policies help us deliver a calm, luxury experience while keeping appointments on schedule.

Booking & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and goes toward the total service cost.
Remaining balance is paid at the appointment.

Home Service Policy

Home service is available. Additional charges apply based on mileage and will be confirmed after you provide your postcode.

Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 20–30 minutes late may incur a late fee or have their appointment cancelled with deposit forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

One reschedule permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to reschedule within this window results in loss of deposit.

No-show Policy

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Pre-appointment Requirements For Brows

  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24–48 hours before appointment.
  • Avoid oily skincare, retinol, acids, facials, or chemical peels before brow treatments.
  • No heavy workouts on the day of appointment.
  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on treatment area.
  • Pregnancy and nursing restrictions apply for safety.

Client Agreement

Clients must agree to the Studio Policy before booking.
